Need extra light over your camper kitchen sink for when you do the dishes? Or perhaps you need to upgrade the dim, old lights in your horse trailer? This dome light has warm white LEDs that give you brighter light underneath a kitchen cabinet, in a walkway, by a workbench, or inside your enclosed trailer.
LEDs are more energy efficient, last longer, and burn brighter than lights with incandescent bulbs. You won't have to worry about replacing bulbs that have brittle filaments. And because LEDs draw minimal power, the light won't drain your battery or overload your circuits.
This surface-mount dome light is incredibly easy to install either as an upgrade or a direct replacement of your existing light. To access the bolt holes, snap the lenses off the housing. Then, using hardware (not included), bolt the housing onto the ceiling, wall, or cabinet before snapping the lens back on. The light has a 2-wire design that hooks up to ground (white wire) and power (black wire). Once you're finished, you can then turn the light on and off using the integrated switch on the base.

Speaker 1: Today we're going to be taking a look at the Gustafson RV pancake light. Part number 277-000339. This single dome, LED light is going to be a great replacement or upgrade for your camper, RV or enclosed trailer. We've got it installed in our bunk area here. But it's going to be great for the bathroom, above a sink, really anywhere you need some light. The single switch design makes for easy off and on.
The clear lens has a textured design to help you disperse the light, as you can see here.The pancake design makes it low profile. It's great for in an area where you need just a little bit more clearance. I've taken the lens off so you can see it features nine LEDs. It measures five inches long, seven and a quarter inches wide, and one inch deep.Customers on our site are using these to replace their incandescent lights. LEDs last longer, they're more efficient and there are no bulbs to replace.
We'll be replacing our bunk light in our camper. To do that we want to first make sure that the power is off. Then we can remove the lens cover. By doing so, it's going to reveal our hardware. That way we can take it off.
Then we can pull it down and reveal our wiring. Looks like we had some quick splice connectors in here before. I'm going to go ahead and cut these out.Now I'll need a strip back for my power wire and my two halves of my ground wire. You don't need to do much. Now we can bring in our new light.
I find it that it's easier to remove the lens cover first because it can be quite difficult to take it off once you've got it all wired up. We'll just squeeze the sides and then it pops out. For our wiring, our red is our power, and our black is our ground. Since I've got two ground wires, I want to take them both and my black wire and line them all up. Then I'll take a wire nut and screw it in place. I want you to get it nice tight. It's a good idea to pull on that wire to make sure it's and secure. I'm going to repeat the same process with the power wire.It's a good idea to test it out before we button everything back up. I've gone ahead and turned my power back on. Now let's flip the switch. I'd say it looks pretty good. I'm going to try to line up the same holes, make sure it's straight and then reinsert my hardware. Now we can just put our lens cover back. We want to line up this site first, push it in, and then we can squeeze in the sides. Just like that. Now we can check it out. Perfect.That's going to complete our look at the Gustafson RV pancake light. Part number 277-000339.

Looking forward to using them next month on a camping trip. They should provide better lighting with less battery drain.

So far, as always, drawing reflects actual product. The light color matches the actual color on my M/H fixtures which was a concern due to a lack of detailed explanation of degrees Kelvin light output. Noticed that lights do not come with mounting screws as I see that could bring a bit of liability should they were to be mounted in a location where they could perf mounting material through the other side. Every thing else is E Trailer royalty.
Best led brand lights on the market, they are the perfect shape and size to replace my old lights and they are bright during the day and night. I've ordered multiple sets of these lights over 2-3 years and they are always the same color and brightness which I couldn't say for cheaper off-brand lights purchased elsewhere.
I replaced all the 20 year old light fixtures in my 19 foot travel trailer over the past couple of years, all this design. They look great, put out plenty of light, and I've had no problem with any of them. I've completely upgraded my 2000 Fleetwood Mallard with purchases from etrailer

These lights work great in my weekend warrior toy hauler. They replaced my original halogen lights and are a perfect fit!
Easy to install and plenty bright, sometimes too bright with the clear lens. Think the frosted lens next time. All in all though, a great product at a reasonable price.
